Collection PORTO

2020 is the season of prosperity of geometric and constructive wall design, which gives minimalism and conciseness to the interior. The PORTO collection from STENOVA DESIGN is a new reading of the current Loft style. We have long wanted to try to replace the classic brickwork with abstract stone blocks and fashionable concrete. In this series, we avoid clear lines and shapes, without highlighting the seams between the blocks, and create a single canvas, a very delicate plaster with very fine detailing.

Of course, this series has a masculine character, because Porto is a city in Portugal and the world—famous gentlemen's wine. The birthplace of Porto is considered to be grape plantations, approximately 100 km long, which are located in the Douro Valley in northern Portugal. It is here, it would seem, in the most unsuitable climatic conditions for growing crops, that local grape varieties grow, and then real strong Porto wine ripens in huge caves.
We have encrypted another secret meaning in our design. F63.9 — under this code, love is included in the register of the World Health Organization.
As a result, our wallpaper turned out to be about wine and love, as well as about rest, travel, happiness, family and home.

The PORTO collection relies on light basic monochrome tones. The wallpaper shimmers with metallization of gold, silver and copper, which is ideally combined with solid upholstered furniture and decorative textiles. It will not be difficult to choose accessories for such an interior. As the base of the collection, we offer an interesting stylized interpretation of a concrete wall, which looks very conceptual and, at the same time, homely.
